At Gold Wedding Dresses Shop, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your wedding dress purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging

Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for processing returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We highly recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery. If your dress is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away. We will resolve the issue by arranging a return, replacement, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Dresses that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the replacement once your return has been processed.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
